Sim's Park is actually located in Coonoor, which is near Ooty. It's a beautiful botanical garden that's perfect for a peaceful day out. The park is home to over 1,000 species of colorful and vibrant flowers, making it a paradise for nature lovers and photographers.

Spread over 12 hectares, the park is divided into sections such as a lily pond, rose garden, boating area, and a flowering plants area. Named after the British Officer J.D. Sims, the park was established in 1847 and has been well-maintained ever since.

Visitors can enjoy boating on the small lake, take peaceful walks, and explore the diverse ecosystem of trees and plants from around the world. The park also hosts a fruits and vegetable show organized by the Department of Horticulture, attracting thousands of visitors each year.
