The Thiruvalluvar Statue is a magnificent 41-meter-tall stone sculpture of the Tamil poet and philosopher Thiruvalluvar, who authored the ancient Tamil work Thirukkural. It is located on a small island near Kanyakumari, where the Bay of Bengal, the Arabian Sea, and the Indian Ocean meet.
